Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with equipment, providing solutions to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Service Manager to develop and implement strategies to broaden our customer base and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, providing support and assistance as needed.

Requirements:

  • Ability to travel to customer sites, including mine and quarry sites, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as required.
  • COVID-19 vaccination required, with evidence of vaccination to be provided within 3 months of commencement.
  • Availability to travel for short periods, both interstate and overseas.

Qualifications:

  • Fitter qualification essential.
  • Current Motor Vehicle Driver's License required.
  • Experience in mining, quarry, or related industries preferred.
  • Exposure to Terex Jaques or Cedarapids equipment advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Terex Washing Systems beneficial.
  • Hydraulic experience advantageous.
  • Dogging and/or Rigging Tickets favourable.
  • Electrical knowledge and Welding experience valuable.
  • Computer literate.
