The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze transportation capabilities and business requirements. They will advise on the execution of competitive commercial, channel, and partner deal opportunities, developing innovative commercial models and negotiating delivery services agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategy to achieve step changes in cost structure, capacity, and diversification.
  • Identify and develop carrier partners across categories.
  • Advise on the execution of competitive commercial, channel, and partner deal opportunities.
  • Develop innovative commercial models and negotiate delivery services agreements.
  • Execute contracts and competitive structures to maximize value opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated capability of handling complex negotiations.
  • Ability to lead partner-facing negotiations.
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in delivering and influencing business processes using data analysis, modeling, and forecasting.
