This Role

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our Sourcing & Procurement team in Melbourne or Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to delivering best value goods and services aligned with JLL's goals, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of strategic sourcing, category management, and supply management strategies.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders and clients to understand their procurement needs and provide expert advice.
  • Execute contracts and vendor relationships, ensuring quality delivery and service excellence.
  • Monitor market trends to inform procurement decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Design and implement effective sourcing strategies and manage key contracts in a fast-paced environment.
  • Negotiate with vendors to achieve favorable outcomes and drive value for JLL.
  • Communicate procurement activities, progress, and results to stakeholders.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Postgraduate degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or related field.
  • Professional certifications, such as CIPS, are highly regarded.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, and negotiation.
  • Prior experience in IFM and facility management services procurement is advantageous.
  • Excellent project management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Financial modeling and total cost of ownership analysis expertise is preferred.
