Christmas Casual Sales Assistant Job Description

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to provide exceptional service during our busiest time of year.

  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences through genuine interactions and product knowledge.
  • Sell jewellery and watches with a polished approach and welcoming manner.
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Pay close attention to detail to assist with merchandising stock and refreshing displays.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer tailored service to customers to find the ideal jewellery or watch based on their preferences.
  • Complete comprehensive training programs to gain product knowledge, sales skills, and operational understanding.
  • Perform tasks including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, merchandising, and general housekeeping.
