Expert Civil Construction Training Developer

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, improving, and delivering high-quality civil construction units, ensuring they meet VET Quality and Higher Education Standards Frameworks. You will also maintain accurate records, ensure effective learning, and stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations.
About the Role
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Deliver High-Quality Training: Create engaging and effective instruction based on curriculum requirements, ensuring high standards of teaching.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Record student attendance and progress accurately, following College policies and procedures.
- Ensure Effective Learning: Monitor classroom learning outcomes, provide feedback, and support students' educational development.
- Professional Development: Stay current with industry standards and maintain up-to-date qualifications, actively participating in professional development opportunities.
- Compliance and Reporting: Adhere to the Code of Conduct, report incidents, manage OH&S matters, and contribute to meetings and other relevant activities.
- You hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment Education and a Bachelor's degree in the civil/construction field as a minimum qualification.
- You have at least 2 years of experience in the civil construction industry and are well-versed in the use of learning management systems (Moodle) and Microsoft Office applications.
- You are comfortable working with international students in the delivery and assessment of vocational education and training.
