Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager-level analyst to join our Brisbane Insolvency team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting senior staff with a wide range of corporate insolvency and restructuring appointments, including Voluntary Administrations, Liquidations, Receiverships, and other appointments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage all assigned engagements
  • Brief junior staff on job requirements, including allocation of responsibilities and tasks as appropriate
  • Implement a strong understanding of case law and statutory requirements for each type of formal insolvency appointment
  • Monitor and meet statutory deadlines
  • Oversee and coordinate realising assets of individuals
  • Conduct interviews with directors/bankrupts
  • Liaise with financiers, lawyers, agents, and auctioneers
  • Apply knowledge of the business environment within which the client is operating
  • Share knowledge, best practices, and industry market trends to actively increase the overall knowledge of the team
  • Review work of junior team members
  • Design, develop, and analyse financial models
  • Identify, research, and resolve any complex accounting issues
  • Preparation and review of detailed financial analysis and investigative reports
