Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced analyst to join our team in delivering exceptional results through modelling, due diligence, process improvements and analysis related to transactional activity.

The successful candidate will work closely with our team of transactions managers and head of office transactions to achieve high-performance goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake valuation modelling to ensure accurate cash flows, suitable forecasts and market assumptions.
  • Monitor market transaction activity and report to the broader business.
  • Assist in preparing internal approval papers for investment committee review.
  • Provide support throughout due diligence processes for all acquisition and disposal activity.
  • Collaborate with the transactions team to deliver results.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3-5 years' experience in an analytical capacity; valuations, developments or capital transactions.
  • Experience within the property industry preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build trust with internal and external parties.
  • Effective time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Initiative to use minimal supervision and assume full responsibility for completion of tasks.
  • Positive attitude and team spirit with ability to get on with diverse personalities.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment.
  • Able to maintain confidence and deal with sensitive information.
