Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers by asking open-ended questions to understand their needs
  • Product Expertise: Develop and share knowledge of products and trends to meet customer expectations

As a Retail Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining awareness of all product knowledge. You will also contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications
  • 0-3 years of retail experience preferred
  • Confident communication skills to engage customers and deliver an elevated experience
  • Motivated to achieve great results through enthusiasm and passion for athletic products
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
