Job Title: Passenger Service Delivery Specialist

The Passenger Service Delivery Specialist plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across various touchpoints.

This includes leading check-in operations and managing gate agent duties, ensuring seamless passenger handling while adhering to regulatory requirements.

The position involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to meet client expectations during aircraft turnarounds and achieving set performance targets.

We seek dedicated professionals who can provide high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment, working collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.

Main responsibilities include delivering top-notch customer care, facilitating efficient passenger check-ins, and ensuring timely completion of necessary documentation.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for assisting passengers with special needs, handling luggage up to 32kg, and building strong relationships with both internal and external clients.

Essential criteria include at least 2 years' experience in customer-facing roles, excellent conflict resolution skills, and proficient computer literacy.
