**Job Opportunity: Marketing and Research Professional**

Micromex is a mid-sized market research company specialising in market and community and social research. We have our own call centre, field interviewers, and online survey capabilities, plus extensive qualitative research experience.

**About the Role**

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of projects from start to finish, delivering high quality, robust client outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Manage projects with stakeholders to design/script and review questionnaires
- Conduct quantitative & qualitative research analyses
- Liaise with stakeholders in regard to their requirements and delivery of project outcomes
- Interpret data, provide analysis as required for stakeholders

**Requirements**

- Self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Collaborative with an analytical and curious attitude
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Desired Skills/Experience**

- 2 years' experience working in a marketing/research/insights focused role
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Well-versed in MS PowerPoint/Excel/Word
- Experience with Q, SPSS or other statistical software

Whilst significant support and mentorship will be provided, the ideal candidate will have an eagerness to learn and contribute to the team's growth.

Salary commensurate with experience, with opportunities for bonuses. Post-onboarding, there may be the possibility of flexible working arrangements for applicants outside the Central Coast area.
