Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to lead our educational programs, working closely with our centre's leadership team to develop and implement innovative strategies that enhance the learning experience for children.
- Develop and deliver high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of children and align with the Early Years Learning Framework.
- Collaborate with educators to observe, review, and continuously improve educational practices.
- Lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.
- Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
- Current VIC Working with Children Check.
