Leadership Opportunity for a Dedicated Professional

We are seeking an exceptional individual to take on the role of OSHC Coordinator, leading a team of passionate Educators and overseeing an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years.

This leadership position involves creating and implementing a dynamic, child-centered program filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts—all designed to inspire and engage. You will also be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance, and handling administrative tasks while fostering an environment of teamwork and growth.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and make a real impact on the lives of children. With mentorship from regional managers and support from a dedicated office team, you will be equipped to thrive in a leadership role.

About the Role

  • You will lead a team of passionate Educators and oversee an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years.
  • You will create and implement a dynamic, child-centered program filled with exciting activities like STEM, sports, cooking, arts and crafts.
  • You will manage day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and handle administrative tasks.
  • You will foster an environment of teamwork and growth.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and helping others grow.
  • Strong communication skills—you will be leading by example.
  • A team player who inspires others and encourages growth.
  • You have (or are willing to obtain) a National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
  • Australian work rights.
  • A relevant qualification (or working towards it) as per ACECQA.
