Job Description:

We are seeking a Customer Service Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, ensuring they have a positive experience when interacting with us.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced retail environment.

About the Role:
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
  • Be responsible for stock management, including receiving, storing and rotating stock, and maintaining a clean and tidy work environment.
  • Serve customers at the checkout registers, processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
