Job Title: ERP Support Professional

">ERP Application Support Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated ERP Application Support Specialist to join our dynamic IT team in Sydney.

In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the SAP Manager and internal/external IT teams to investigate, triage, and escalate technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing autonomous support for ERP applications
  • Evolving the second-line support function
  • Collaborating with the SAP Manager and IT teams to resolve technical issues
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a SAP Application/ERP Support or similar role
  • Tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science or equivalent
  • Strong problem-solving skills and well-structured approach
Desirable Skills and Expertise
  • SAP ECC or S/4Hana expertise
  • Programming languages such as ABAP and/or SQL/PL-SQL
  • SAP Warehouse Management and EDI/B2B integration knowledge
