We are seeking a dedicated Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled professional to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others.

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a vital role in providing workplace rehabilitation services that help individuals overcome challenges and achieve their goals. You will work collaboratively with clients, insurers, medical practitioners, and employers to design and implement personalized programs that promote return-to-work and overall well-being.

About the Role:

- Conduct thorough assessments of worksites, functional abilities, ergonomic equipment, and home environments to identify areas for improvement.

- Identify potential barriers to Return to Work (RTW) and develop strategies to address them.

- Build strong relationships with clients, insurers, medical practitioners, and employers to ensure seamless communication and effective outcomes.

- Develop and monitor customized programs to support injured employees in their recovery journey and facilitate a safe and successful return to work.

Requirements:

- Possess qualifications in Exercise Physiology and be registered with ESSA.

- Be willing to travel and possess a current driver's license.

- Demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and a high level of professionalism.
