As a Senior Consultant, you will apply your scientific knowledge and regulatory expertise to deliver risk management solutions, enhancing occupant wellbeing.

You will manage all job stages autonomously, including assessing client needs, preparing proposals, executing complex site work, and producing accurate reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule site visits and conduct thorough assessments
  • Submit samples and prepare clearance certificates
  • Navigate legislative issues and ensure compliance
  • Interpret data and create detailed reports for non-technical audiences
  • Provide compliance recommendations and review consultant reports
  • Foster customer relationships and identify cross-selling opportunities
  • Research new service offerings and develop business proposals
  • Manage quoting, job costing, documentation, and maintain the job system
  • Ensure timely completion of administration tasks

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree and current driver's license
  • Experience working with hazardous materials, including asbestos
  • Experience in a similar role working between both site and office
  • Knowledge of environmental regulations
  • Competency in the use of instrumentation and testing equipment
  • Strong commitment to OH&S
  • Intermediate experience in Microsoft office, in particular Word and Excel
  • Ability to work autonomously and excellent communication skills
