Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Create a warm welcome for every guest, providing attentive and efficient services that ensure a delightful experience.">
  • Take orders and serve a diverse selection of delicious dishes, from our restaurant and bar, along with brewed coffee, local South Australian wine, outstanding cocktails, and other beverages.">
  • Keep the restaurant, bar, and banquet areas clean, organized, and inviting, reflecting our commitment to excellence.">
  • Anticipate guest needs, address any issues promptly, and create memorable dining experiences that keep guests coming back.">

Requirements

">
  • Have an ambitious and positive attitude who works well with team members.">
  • Have a service-focused attitude, with a talent for delivering impeccable table service.">
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol accreditation or willingness to obtain.">
  • Knowledge of how to prepare a wide range of drinks, ideally with formal bartending training.">
  • Flexibility with nights, weekend, and public holiday shifts.">
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably within the hospitality industry.">
  • Ability to stand for long periods, with lots of bending and kneeling.">
  • Excellent communication skills, radiating warmth and approachability that makes conversations easy and enjoyable.">
  • Commitment to maintaining a high level of quality at all times.">
