The Warehouse Operator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our warehouse team as a Warehouse Operator. This critical role is responsible for ensuring our chocolates are packed and distributed in accordance with our quality standards and within allocated time schedules to best service our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate tracking and reporting
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet customer demands and deadlines
  • Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, to efficiently move products
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety protocols
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Forklift license highly desired
