Job Description

This Casual Car Park Attendant position plays a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our car parks. Reporting to the Car Park Team Leader and the Car Park & Fleet Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the car parks by providing excellent customer service, cash handling, processing staff permits, valet operations, vehicle stacker unit operations, ATZ (Bicycle Parking) operations, parking ticket validations, carrying out perimeter patrols, issuing of parking infringements, and cleaning.

Key Requirements
  • A strong focus on customer satisfaction and resolution of customer complaints
  • Accuracy in recording incidents and events
  • Sound computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and Outlook
  • Good availability throughout weekdays, particularly Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
  • Previous experience in customer service, control room environments, or with Skidata and Park Assist equipment highly regarded
  • Liaising effectively with senior management, other departments, and external organizations
  • A current driver's license is essential
