About the Role

We are seeking an experienced industrial professional to oversee day-to-day work scopes and manage on-site personnel.

  • Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality execution across all project activities.

This role involves supervising industrial services personnel, including blaster/painters, laggers, sheet metal workers (SMW), and rope access technicians.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in industrial services and strong leadership abilities.

A key aspect of this position is maintaining project timelines and quality standards while ensuring compliance with relevant safety standards.

Effective communication with stakeholders is essential for successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage industrial services personnel on-site
  • Coordinate and supervise work scopes across blasting, painting, insulation, cladding, and rope access
  • Maintain project timelines and quality standards
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to support successful project delivery
Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in industrial services including blasting and painting, insulation and cladding, rope access, and general industrial operations
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant certifications in industrial safety and project management
  • ICorr certification preferred
