Transformation Professional

This role involves providing strategic support to clients navigating complex change, with a focus on influencing behavioral change and delivering effective communication strategies.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to identify and implement change management strategies aligned with our clients' business goals. The ideal candidate will have previous corporate or consulting experience with change management methodologies, especially communications.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and recommending change strategies
  • Managing core change activities such as stakeholder analysis, engagement, impact assessment, organizational readiness, communications, and training
  • Identifying communication needs and executing strategies using strategic and tactical communication skills
  • Working with cross-functional teams to execute change and communication strategies and activities
  • Creating and delivering impactful communications via various channels

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Environmental Science, or related field
  • 2+ years of consulting experience, with expertise in organizational change, planning, and executing internal communications and employee engagement campaigns
  • Proven success in stakeholder engagement, sponsorship alignment, marketing, or communication activities, and organizational readiness
  • Strong knowledge of change and communication models
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong client management and creative thinking skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects confidently

Preferred Requirements

  • PROSCI certification encouraged
