About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Care Worker to join our team at KinCare. As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our elderly clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Domestic Assistance: Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
  • Personal Care: Provide assistance with personal care activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Transportation: Safely transport clients to appointments, social events, and other activities.
  • Companionship: Engage in conversation, play games, and provide emotional support to clients.
  • Medication Management: Assist clients with taking their medications as prescribed.
  • Household Management: Assist clients with managing their household, including grocery shopping and meal preparation.
Requirements
  • Experience: 6 months or more experience in a similar role, including experience with personal care.
  • Qualifications: Current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle.
  • Skills: Ability to work independently, provide excellent customer service, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Availability: Availability to work at least 3 days per week, Monday to Friday.
