About the Role

As a dedicated Inclusion Support Educator, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for children to thrive. You will be responsible for crafting exceptional learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of our young learners.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, with a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent) and current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card). They will also possess excellent communication skills, a patient demeanor, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement inclusive learning programs that meet the individual needs of children
  • Work closely with Senior Educators and the Educational Leader to ensure seamless delivery of programs
  • Maintain accurate records of child progress and development
  • Communicate effectively with parents and carers to build strong relationships and foster a sense of community
