Drive Growth and Expand Partnerships

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive enrolment growth, expand strategic partnerships, and lead high-performing sales teams for a leading education provider in Sydney.

  1. Lead a talented sales team to exceed performance goals.
  2. Take ownership of annual and quarterly enrolment targets, developing initiatives to meet or exceed agreed growth goals.
  3. Manage relationships with the agent network, ensuring strong engagement, training, and performance outcomes from key recruitment partners.
  4. Identify and implement process improvements that enhance conversion rates, student satisfaction, and compliance.
  5. Build relationships with universities, schools, pathway providers, and education agents.
About This Role
  • You will have senior leadership experience in international education (ELICOS or pathway programs ideal).
  • You must be able to inspire and lead diverse teams across cultures, fostering collaboration, accountability, and a solutions-focused approach.
  • You should have a track record of delivering growth through strategic sales and partnerships.
  • You should have knowledge of the Australian and global education market.
  • You must have excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • You should have experience managing agent networks and institutional agreements.
