Attendant Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our in-room dining team as an attendant.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences with attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
  • Provide premium hospitality and food service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work effectively in a team, utilizing strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Maintain a genuine passion for hospitality and responsible service of alcohol (RSA) and food safety standards.
  • Be flexible to work across a rotating roster, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in Food and Beverage service, preferably in a hotel or in-room dining environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Understanding of responsible service of alcohol (RSA) and food safety standards.
