You'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer experiences with your boundless energy and enthusiasm. You'll be part of an incredible team, making memories, and having a blast in our fun and fast-paced environments.

Working with premium products means you'll be at the epicenter of sneaker culture, always in the know about the latest releases and hottest trends. You won't just be selling shoes; you'll be creating moments that customers will cherish forever.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service in-store with premium product offerings
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team to achieve sales and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets
  • Process large volumes of stock efficiently
  • Pick and pack click-and-dispatch orders accurately
  • Assist in maintaining in-store operations, including housekeeping, visual merchandising, and cleaning as required
To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Bring:
  • Full availability during peak periods, specifically weekends, late nights, and public holidays
  • Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and an unforgettable shopping experience
  • A genuine passion for streetwear and sneaker culture
  • The ability to work well within a fast-paced and energetic team environment
  • Self-motivation and a willingness to meet/exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • The ability to listen and use feedback constructively
