The Role: We are seeking a motivated Sales Ambassador to join our Harbour Town team. Your primary responsibility will be to drive sales, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the store's overall success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring every customer leaves the store satisfied
  • Promote and sell our premium products, including shoes, clothing, and accessories
  • Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve sales targets and improve operational efficiency
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, including features, benefits, and styles
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including window displays and in-store layouts

Requirements:

  • Previous retail or customer-facing experience is essential
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets, as well as maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Availability to work late nights, weekends, and public holidays
