We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our creative buying office at Pillow Talk. As a key member of our team, you will provide pivotal administrative support to our buyers and planners across a range of activities such as placing orders, stock allocations, reporting, communicating with suppliers, and review and execution.

This role is ideal for someone with 2+ years of admin experience in a high-paced environment, with excellent attention to detail, strong numerical and analytical skills, and advanced excel skills. You will be highly process and task-driven, with highly developed organisational skills and time management. A highly adaptable team player, you will be happy and able to re-prioritise based on business/team needs.
