  • Minimum 1 year experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work well under pressure and as part of a team

Required Skills:

- Extensive knowledge of cocktails and spirits
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proactive and able to work weekends, public holidays, and late nights
- Excellent presentation and grooming
- Must be able and willing to work flexible shifts
- RSA certificate advantageous
