Our team seeks a dedicated and caring Teaching Professional to provide high-quality early learning and care for young children in a safe and nurturing environment.
- This role requires the ability to work collaboratively with Senior Educators and Educational Leaders to design and implement engaging learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of children, promoting inclusivity and respect for all individuals within the centre.
- Maintaining open communication with parents and carers is crucial, keeping them informed about their child's progress and any important matters affecting the centre.
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages children to grow and develop.
- Develop and implement teaching plans that meet the individual needs of children, incorporating the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress, including observations and assessments.
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) is essential.
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards is required.
- A valid Working with Children check is mandatory.
