Job Summary:

We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Order Assemblers at a leading Distribution Centre. As an Order Assembler, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate assembly of orders for our retail and wholesale customers in the Grocery and Liquor sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble orders using a voice picking headset and electric pallet jack
  • Work in a fast-paced autonomous environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Meet daily order picking targets and work collaboratively with the team to achieve goals
  • Previous experience in a Distribution Centre or heavy manual handling environment is highly desirable
  • Physically fit and able to lift heavy loads between 20kg to 25kgs
  • Excellent English communication skills and a clear understanding of WHS policies and procedures
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity
  • Full availability for DAY shift - Mondays to Fridays

Requirements:

  • FULL availability for DAY shift - Mondays to Fridays
  • Ability to work under pressure to reach daily order picking targets
  • Previous experience in a Distribution Centre or heavy manual handling environment
  • Physically fit and able to demonstrate ability of heavy lifting between 20kg to 25kgs
  • High attention to detail
  • Clear understanding of WHS policies and procedures
  • Own reliable transport is a must due to early start times
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • National police clearance or willing to obtain one
  • Full work availability during the Christmas and New Year periods as this is the busiest time of the year
