Risk Management Specialist

We're seeking a detail-oriented Case Manager to join our team in Adelaide or Perth.
This varied role involves tracking new business submissions, completions, and reducing end-to-end turnaround times through suspense management activities. You'll work collaboratively with Underwriters, Health Connect Consultants, and Sales teams to manage workflows, systems processing, correspondence, and phone calls.
Key Responsibilities- Track new business submissions and completions

- Manage workflows, systems processing, correspondence, and phone calls
- Exceptional customer service experience, contact centre background advantageous
- Competence in Excel, Word, and related software packages
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

- Ability to prioritise tasks in an agile environment
