We are seeking a skilled Caring Professional to provide exceptional support services to vulnerable individuals and people living with disabilities.

As a key member of our team, you will deliver person-centred care, contributing to the development of tailored support plans and providing assistance with daily living tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing personal care, living skills, transport, social activities, medication, and other necessary support
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions on a daily basis
  • Developing and maintaining professional relationships with customers, families, caregivers, and stakeholders
  • Identifying innovative ways to enhance the customer experience with guidance from our supportive team

Required qualifications and experience:

  • Cert 3 or 4 in disability, individual support, aged care, or nursing
  • Experience working in the disability, aged care, or nursing sectors

Personal attributes required for this role:

  • Proactive, initiative-taking, and eager to learn
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing situations
