  • Leads a team of fund accountants to deliver high-quality service
  • Calculates Net Asset Value (NAV) and maintains the Accounting Book of Records
  • Serves as primary point of contact for client requests with timely resolution
  • Coordinates capital activity processes, including capital calls, distributions, subscriptions, redemptions, and share/unit transfers
  • Supervises investment activity processing and related payments
  • Prepares and reviews client reporting
  • Manages performance fee calculations, including carried interest, waterfall models, and management fees
  • Coordinates onboarding and offboarding of funds and clients
  • Maintains internal control framework and reports to Head of Operations

Requirements

">
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in financial services industry and accounting with focus on alternative fund structure
  • Strong understanding of fund documentation, including LPAs and Prospectuses
  • Proficient in IFRS or US GAAP accounting standards
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to build strong relationships
  • Prior experience in private capital fund administration is essential
