About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Property Management team in Perth as a Senior Property Manager. You will be responsible for the operational and day-to-day management of a portfolio of commercial and industrial properties in metropolitan Perth, in accordance with the management agreements.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparation and analysis of income/expenditure budgets, monthly reports, outgoings recoveries, forecasts, and audits in accordance with the owner's critical dates
  • Review and analyse performance of the properties, including monthly, quarterly reports, and reforecast reports
  • Manage the processing of creditor tax invoices, authorizing payments as per client limits and JLL credit authority procedures
  • Ensure accurate records of all tenancy matters are maintained, with correspondence and official documentation filed appropriately
  • Liaise with stakeholders, ensuring timely and appropriate discussions and meetings, with file notes maintained on important matters
  • Respond to tenant/contractor complaints/issues with professionalism and appropriate communication

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Commercial property management experience of 5+ years, with a strong understanding of property management principles and practices
  • Tertiary qualifications in Property or Finance would be an advantage, but are not essential
  • A current Real Estate Agents Representative Certificate, including Property Management, is required
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels
