Multi-Sport Coach Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Multi-Sport Coach to lead the development and growth of our multi-sport programs across the Newcastle region.

As a successful Multi-Sport Coach, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality classes to our current clients and generating new business opportunities through developing and maintaining relationships with educators and leadership teams at existing Early Learning Centres.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will also possess a strong passion for sports and a commitment to providing exceptional coaching services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging multi-sport programs for children
  • Maintain and consolidate relationships with Early Learning Centres (Daycares)
  • Manage program schedules and programming
  • Distribute educational resources
  • Enthusiastically seek new business opportunities through developing and maintaining relationships with educators and leadership teams at existing Early Learning Centres.

Requirements:

  • High School (Year 12) or equivalent
  • Driver Licence with access to a vehicle
  • Work Authorisation in Australia

Working Conditions:

  • Casual employment arrangement
  • Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
  • Expected hours: 6 - 14 per week
  • Monday to Friday schedule
  • Bonus and performance bonus eligible
