**Job Title:** Resident Care Coordinator

The Resident Care Coordinator will be responsible for providing pastoral care and support to students in a shared residential space.

This is an opportunity to work with a passionate team where weekday and weekend shifts are available. The role involves supervising boarders, tutoring students, and overseeing students on excursions or other activities.

Additionally, the successful applicant will be required to be on-call for emergencies, responding to student care overnight on a rostered basis. They will also attend and supervise boarding functions, such as House dinners and social outings.

As part of our excellent and energetic team, you will be committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for all students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake supervisory duty within the respective boarding area and in accordance with Duty of Care requirements
  • Supervise boarders, tutor students, and oversee students on excursions or other activities
  • Be on-call for emergencies, responding to student care overnight on a rostered basis
  • Attend and supervise boarding functions, such as House dinners and social outings
