Job Opportunity: Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project timelines, risks, and reporting
  • Lead and manage complex projects as the key client interface
  • Develop working relationships, problem-solving, and driving projects to successful completion
  • Review project plans and specifications, scheduling, cost-saving measures, discrepancies, potential construction problems, etc.
  • Manage the design process to achieve client requirements and expectations
  • Direct line management of the team
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A recognised Degree qualification relating to a technical field: Engineering, Construction Management or Project Management
  • 7+ years industry experience working on Education projects will be ideal
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
  • Advanced Microsoft skills are essential, and Primavera skills will be highly regarded
  • Technical ability to lead and manage complex projects and programs as the key client interface
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English with excellent report and bid writing skills
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop a team
