As a Casual Depot Assistant, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service by assisting customers sort their recyclables and providing refunds.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide outstanding customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and welcome return customers.
- Sort recyclables into correct categories to maintain the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
- Transport items to storage areas using forklift or manual handling, adhering to all health and safety procedures.
- Cash handling and processing with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Improve efficiency and customer satisfaction continuously, identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles, such as hospitality or retail, with a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service.
- Proficiency in Excel and Outlook skills to effectively manage day-to-day operations.
- A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to continuous learning and development.
