The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the efficient batching and loading of concrete, ensuring accurate mixing and delivery of products to meet customer specifications.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing day-to-day operations, including stock control, quality assurance, and safety initiatives;
  • Supervising staff to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures;
  • Collaborating with other departments to improve processes and reduce costs;
  • Developing and implementing strategies to increase productivity and efficiency;
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A strong background in construction operations, preferably in the concrete industry;
  • Proven experience in managing teams and supervising staff;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities;
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity offering overtime, with a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we offer:
