Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence: Manage day-to-day store operations, including sales, inventory management, and staff scheduling.

Requirements:

  • Leadership and Team-Building Abilities: Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Knowledge of Footwear and Fashion Trends: Knowledge of footwear and fashion trends is a plus.
