About the Role:

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Compounding Assistant to join our team. As a Compounding Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products. Your responsibilities will include:

- Picking and preparing raw materials for compounding
- Inspecting and sealing compounded products to ensure their integrity
- Packing finished units for each order, including final inspections to guarantee accuracy
- Labeling and dispatching prepared products to customers
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals in a fast-paced environment

Key Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need to demonstrate:

  • Experience in healthcare, manufacturing, or warehousing
  • A good understanding of basic mathematics
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in computer systems
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to execute repetitive tasks consistently and accurately
  • Adaptability to shift work schedules as needed
