Manufacturing Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced Production Leader to oversee the daily operations of our production team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for guiding and motivating a team of 12 members to achieve business objectives.
The successful candidate will have experience working within operations, warehousing, or logistics environments and possess a current forklift license or willingness to obtain one. Additionally, they will have demonstrated ability to motivate and build high-performing teams, with a commitment to safety and well-being.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise production operations, including product scheduling, machine operation, and maintenance.
- Promote a customer-focused culture with a focus on processing accuracy and quality.
- Support and assist the team with daily operations, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and performance.
- Ensure on-time delivery for customers and maintain high safety standards.
