Senior Data Analyst II, Underwriting

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst II, Credit Risk to join our Risk Management & Data Science team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and management of underwriting strategies to drive continuous improvement and optimization of credit limits for new customers and increase offers to existing customers.
Key Responsibilities- Take ownership of a broad remit, covering the full end-to-end analytics cycle across data analytics, data engineering, and governance.
- Exposure to advanced analytics, including customer segmentation and monitoring of behavioral and scenario models, as well as automated decisioning to meet governance requirements.
- Work closely with the broader business to achieve key outcomes on credit risk initiatives.
- Develop and maintain data visualisation dashboards across business-critical insights using Tableau.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve credit risk management.
- Proven experience working as a risk/data analyst, ideally working across unsecured lending products.
- Ability to influence decision makers with data and drive results and improvements across credit risk.
- Exposure to solving problems in the collections space is highly regarded.
- Experience using DBT is a plus, but not required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
