Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of strategic goals for the engineering department, aligning them with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with other departments for seamless integration of engineering activities with company initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in engineering, computer science, or a closely related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing engineering teams, including overseeing projects from inception to completion.
  • Proficiency in relevant programming languages, tools, and technologies.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, executing, and overseeing complex engineering projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
