Driver Role

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team.

About the Job:

This role involves coordinating and managing deliveries to trade customers, ensuring timely and safe delivery of products.

Duties Include:
  • Coordinate and manage deliveries to meet customer requirements
  • Ensure a safe work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Deliver high-level customer service through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Safely deliver parts and products to trade customers, including workshops and dealerships
  • Actively promote products and marketing activities when delivering products
  • Assist the team with other tasks such as processing orders, dispatching products, and customer enquiries
Requirements:
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise deliveries based on urgency
  • Customer service mindset; can build strong customer relationships
  • Friendly and knowledgeable with excellent communication skills
  • Comfort working independently with minimal supervision
  • Physical capacity to perform the duties of the role (including handling products of a heavy nature)
  • Conscious of workplace safety always and adhere to safe driving practices
  • Ongoing commitment to hold a current/valid driver's licence (manual preferred)
  • Previous customer service experience within a trade/mechanical environment (desired)
  • Available Mon - Fri and flexible to work other days if requested
