
Empowering Community Care Specialist

Carpentaria offers a dynamic opportunity for an individual to join our team as a Workforce Support Officer. This role is responsible for ensuring effective workforce coverage across Supported Independent Living (SIL) services through the coordination of rosters, shift coverage, and workforce availability.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate rosters and ensure services are appropriately staffed to meet participant needs
- Support daily rostering requirements
- Maintain accurate reporting and tracking processes
- Demonstrated experience in rostering, workforce scheduling, or workforce administration
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- High attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to build collaborative working relationships across teams
- Competence in Microsoft Office Suite and rostering systems
