Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Family Lawyer with a minimum of 5 years of post-admission experience to lead and inspire our client's dynamic team. As a Senior Family Lawyer, you will handle a diverse range of family law cases, mentor junior lawyers and paralegals, and meet billable targets of 4.5-7 hours per day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diverse Case Portfolio: Manage a broad spectrum of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, property settlements, spousal maintenance, and domestic violence cases.
  • Client Engagement: Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients, providing empathetic and strategic legal advice tailored to their unique situations.
  • Court Representation: Represent clients in court with confidence and expertise, ensuring their rights and interests are safeguarded.
  • Collaborative Team: Work alongside a team of dedicated professionals, including a highly experienced Principal, in a supportive and collaborative environment.
  • Continuous Learning: Benefit from ongoing professional development opportunities through workshops, seminars, and mentorship programs.
  • Innovative Practice: Utilize the latest legal technology and resources to enhance your efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of junior lawyers and paralegals, guiding them to become exceptional family law practitioners.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years PAE in Family Law, ideally from private practice
  • Proven ability to meet billable targets and manage a team
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing team members
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for family law
