About the Position:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Family Lawyer to join our Brisbane office. In this role, you will mentor Junior Lawyers, supported by a highly experienced Paralegal team managing marketing, BD, and invoicing. Your caseload will encompass property settlements, parenting orders, de facto and same-sex relationships, divorce, mediation, and domestic violence. You can expect billable targets between 5.5 and 6.5 hours per day.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years PAE in Family Law, preferably from private practice
  • Accredited Specialist highly desirable
  • Proven ability to achieve billable targets and manage a team
  • Strong commitment to client service and teamwork
