Air Transportation Operations Coordinator

The primary goal of this position is to ensure efficient, safe, and timely operations within the baggage handling system. The role involves overseeing daily activities, maintaining cost control, optimizing resources, and minimizing waste and overtime.
Key Responsibilities Include:
• Managing budgets, controlling spending, and identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising service or safety
• Aligning resources with demand patterns to maximize efficiency and minimize unnecessary costs
• Interpreting operational and financial data to support sound decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives
• Responding quickly and effectively to operational disruptions or cost challenges
Requirements for Success:
• Previous experience in or knowledge of airline industry principles and procedures
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and airline partners
• Experience leading diverse teams in high-pressure environments, focusing on accountability, performance, and development
